Welcome to Field Ready Equipment ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of fieldreadyequipment.com (the "Site") and related services, including the purchase of used agricultural equipment (the "Services").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. Our Role
Field Ready Equipment is a seller of used tractors and farming parts. We are not a marketplace or a broker for third-party transactions. All equipment listed for sale on the Site is owned by us and sold directly by us. We do not facilitate transactions between third-party buyers and sellers.
3. Product Listings and Descriptions
We strive to describe our equipment accurately. All listings, including specifications, hours, and condition, are based on information available to us and are provided in good faith. However, you acknowledge that:
• All used equipment is sold "AS-IS" and "WHERE-IS."
• We make no guarantees or warranties regarding the condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any equipment, except as expressly stated in our Buyer Guarantee in Section 4.
• It is your sole responsibility to inspect the equipment or arrange for a third-party inspection before purchase. We strongly encourage you to do so.
4. Buyer Guarantee
As stated on our Site, we offer a 100% Equipment Guarantee. If an item is not as described, you may return it to the selling location for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note:
• Shipping, repair, and other incidental costs are not covered by this guarantee.
• This guarantee is your exclusive remedy for any discrepancy between the equipment and its description.
5. Pricing, Payment, and Escrow
• All prices are listed on the Site and are subject to change without notice.
• An administrative and handling fee of $100.00 applies to all purchases, in addition to shipping costs.
• To ensure secure transactions, we partner with a trusted escrow company. Payment will be held in escrow until you confirm receipt and satisfaction with the item.
• You agree to pay all applicable taxes and fees associated with your purchase.
6. Shipping
Shipping is available via flatbed truck. Current rates are:
Economy Delivery: $0.85 per mile
Express Delivery: $2.00 per mile
For detailed shipping estimates, please contact us directly before placing a bid or completing a purchase. If you arrange third-party shipping, additional packaging and handling fees may apply.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
• Use any automated mechanism, such as robots, crawlers, or spiders, to scrape or collect data from the Site.
• Interfere with the proper working of the Site or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Field Ready Equipment and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for the express Buyer Guarantee described in Section 4, the Site and all equipment are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Field Ready Equipment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the purchase of any equipment. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the equipment giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Field Ready Equipment harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, USA.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
